About Us

Boaz and Galit Shmueli are visiting with the Rigsum Institute of Information Technology and Management. During their one year stay, they are conducting several workshops on Internet Technology and Business Analytics. Galit Shmueli is Associate Professor of Statistics at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business. She holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from the Israel Institute of Technology.

Boaz Shmueli is President and Founder of MileMaven.com, based in Washington, DC. Mr. Shmueli holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Israel Institute of Technology. Between 1995 and 2005, Mr. Shmueli was a research fellow and advisory software engineer with IBM.
